In the event of sold-out goods, supplier failure, or delayed delivery time, Drizzle ApS strives to inform the customer as soon as possible. In addition, Drizzle ApS will attempt to resolve the matter – e.g., by crediting the purchase or advising to find a similar item in Drizzle ApS selection.
If a price is obviously wrong and the customer should reasonably have realized this, Drizzle ApS is not obliged to supply the product in question at the incorrect price.
Possible payment options:
If you pay with a payment card, this is free of charge for private card types issued in the EU.
Fees of up to 1.55% are charged for the use of card types issued outside the EU, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland, as well as business cards issued in the EU, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland. The fee is only stated on the order when the card number is entered. This also applies to MobilePay.
The amount of your purchase will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped. By bank transfer, you are not protected by the right of objection. This also applies if you pay via PayPal. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal’s website
Our website will state the actual shipping method and estimated delivery time while ordering the individual product. The range of shipping methods and thus shipping prices can vary, as different reasons such as weight and the dimensions of the item determine the shipping options.
If you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop/parcel box where there is no space, your delivery will be redirected to a nearby parcel shop/parcel box
Drizzle ApS has taken out product insurance to cover any damage or loss of the product during transport.
When ordering for more than DKK 1000 incl VAT, the item is delivered free of charge.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us as specified in the Consumer Contracts Act.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you regret your purchase. You do this by filling out a cancellation form here. If the link does not work, you can fill out our standard cancellation form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will find the document in Appendix 1 at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Undoing part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back.
However, this does not apply to bundles consisting of several items, i.e. machines with accessories Bundles are considered a single item. Thus, if you want to undo the purchase of a product in a bundle, you must undo the purchase of your entire bundle and send all the items back. Isopropanol and tea, however, can not be returned.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed if you regret parts of your purchase. Return Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back. You must pay for the return of the package, and are responsible if damage occurs during transport. You can order a return label from us when you create your cancellation case. If you have purchased your return label from us, we are liable if damage occurs during transport.
The package must be shipped to our address, and we recommend PostNord. Packages delivered to the parcel shop or parcel box will not be picked up.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
Return of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, or where the seal is broken, after delivery, can not be returned. Examples are tea and isopropanol. For these goods, the right of withdrawal only applies if the original packaging is unbroken.
Condition of returned items
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties or the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
Such use may include:
- Breakage of the product’s sealing, e.g. tea and Isopropyl alcohol
- Destruction of elevator ring and accessories
- Lack of cleaning
- Use in exceeding private use
We recommend that you send the item back in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may decrease the item’s value because of transport damage. You are liable in the event of transport damage due to improper packaging.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you regarding the purchase, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we received your message that you want to cancel the purchase. The refund does not apply to extra delivery costs when you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer.
We will automatically refund the money to the same means of payment you used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us proof of returning it.
We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address. We do not accept packages sent on COD. received the item unless you send us proof of returning it.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods and have the right to make a complaint for 24 months.
Please file a complaint or contact us before sending the item. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. For example, if you complain within two months after discovering the error, your complaint is timely.
There may be a test fee of DKK 250 per. half an hour incl. VAT, however, max. DKK 500 incl. VAT, if the submitted product is tested flawlessly at Drizzle ApS, or there is no reason to comply with the complaint requirement in general. Furthermore, if the cause of the defect or defect is physical damage, liquid damaged, or otherwise treated following the manufacturer’s regulations, you will also be charged a test fee.
The condition of the item in the event of a complaint
Remember to pack the item securely with all accessories, such as cables, containers, etc. Damage to products caused by operating or handling errors, modifications, installation of third-party software, or gross misuse is not covered by the right of complaint.
