Delivery problems

In the event of sold-out goods, supplier failure, or delayed delivery time, Drizzle ApS strives to inform the customer as soon as possible. In addition, Drizzle ApS will attempt to resolve the matter – e.g., by crediting the purchase or advising to find a similar item in Drizzle ApS selection.

Price error
If a price is obviously wrong and the customer should reasonably have realized this, Drizzle ApS is not obliged to supply the product in question at the incorrect price.

If you pay with a payment card, this is free of charge for private card types issued in the EU.

Fees of up to 1.55% are charged for the use of payment cards issued outside the EU, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland, as well as business cards issued in the EU, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland. The fee is first stated on the order when the card number is entered. The same applies to payments by MobilePay.

The money for your purchase will not be deducted from your account before the goods are shipped. 


Our website will state the actual shipping method while ordering the individual product. The range of shipping methods and, thus, shipping prices can vary, as different parameters, such as weight and the dimensions of the item, determine the shipping options. In some situations, an order may be shipped as two separate shipments. This will be done to reduce the shipping price and avoid unnecessary customs delays.

Orders outside the EU might be subject to local customs payment, not included in the price.

Right of withdrawal 

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us as specified in Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. 

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. 

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you regret your purchase. 

If you regret a purchase, you cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Refund of the purchase amount 

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. However, if the item is impaired or in any other way has decreased in value, you still have the right to cancel, but you will be liable for the reduction in the commercial value of the returned item. 

We will automatically refund the money to the same means of payment you used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.  We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us proof of returning it. 

You should be aware that the cost associated with the return of the purchase is your responsibility.

Condition of returned items 

If the item has lost value because it was damaged or used, you can only get back part of the purchase amount. In addition, any extraction equipment that has been used and exhibits any smell of any herbs will not be accepted for return.

Return of the purchased items

To ensure that your purchased goods return to us safe and undamaged, we strongly recommend that you return your purchase in its original packaging. Also, remember to include all accessories, parts, and pieces to receive the maximum refund of the purchase price deducted shipping and handling charges.

If the original packaging is missing, transportation damage is more likely to occur, consequently decreasing the item’s commercial value. You are liable in the event of transport damage due to improper packaging.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address. We do not accept packages sent on Collect on Delivery (COD)

For EU countries, the warranty follows the EU directive 2019/771. Outside the EU the warranty is one year. Drizzle warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials, software, and workmanship (faulty goods) that existed when the items were delivered, which became apparent within two years of that time. If you transfer the product to a third party, the warranty period will only be one year.

This warranty does not cover damage due to 1) improper use; 2) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; 3) modifications not recommended or suggested by Drizzle; 4) unauthorized repair not recommended or suggested by Drizzle; 5) wear and tear beyond what is described below*; or 6) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our control.

*The Merlin400 is developed for home use and is not guaranteed to withstand the wear and tear that accompanies professional use. Excessive repeated use above what is considered normal use will render the Warranty void. Normal use is defined as three extractions per week.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods, and you have the right to make a complaint for 24 months.

If you, within 24 months, observe the purchased item does not live up to specifications, please file a complaint or contact us before sending the item. Quite often our service department will be able to alleviate your problem. 

Damage to products caused by operating or handling errors, modifications, installation of third-party software, or use above what is defined as normal use will render the right of complaint void.

If you return your purchase to us, you will be liable for shipping costs.

If your complaint is justified, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a “reasonable time,” i.e., less than two months after discovering the error.

In case the observed defect of your item is not covered by the rules of the Purchase Act, we will often be able to restore your item to full working conditions. We will contact you with a quote for the necessary repair in such situations.
